One thing that is certain is that most of the people do not know that the thoughts will directly affect the nervous system. And to tackle this, there will be the positive and negative thought. Both of these will have different results and effects on the body. They will cause the different flight or fight triggers. It is then appropriate that you manage your thoughts influence nerves or else they will manage your body for you.

For normal human being, a day will include millions of thoughts. Well, with this being the case, it is quite clear that there are many loopholes when it comes to them affecting the way your body functions. For instance, these feelings may trigger your heartbeat or even cause ulcers.

Do you experience the self-talk? Well, this is one tricky talk since it will cause several reactions for your body. If you are not aware of the way, it works then remain keen. Your body will be conditioned to react to stimuli. And in this case, your body will have a self-talk within after a threat has been detected. This way, it will either react to releasing the adrenalin. This will help with the flight. And on the flipside affect your digestive system. If it is habitual, it may lead to stroke and insomnia.

If you experience poor emotional health, then you will also experience poor immune health. One thing with the body, it will be conditioned to react differently to a different situation or stimuli. And in this case, when you were having the wild thoughts, this may lead you into alcohol or even tobacco usage. This will go on for some time with no threatening result. However, when it is habitual, you will be at risk of breast cancer, lung cancer or even have problems with your liver.

If you are experiencing negative feelings, then you will sure experience stress. Stress is one common problem that most people will experience. This is a problem that these people will not know of how it came about. Well, the negative feelings will greatly cause depressions or anger on the other side. If this happens, the body will be tasked with absorbing the pressure. And if it is not able to, then other secondary effects will start to follow through.

Did you know that the negative feelings will directly affect the life span of an individual? Well, the DNA strands called telomeres are reduced when one experiences stress leading to hormonal imbalance. Well, these will directly reduce the life span.

Anxiety can be intergenerational. Well, this can be argued out. However, it is quick mathematics that if the parents did have the anxiety gene in them, then it will certainly be passed on to the children. This means that the children will be treated to suppress the gene. If not the case, then they will experience anxiety issues.

The thoughts will greatly influence the way the body functions and so make sure that you dwell on positive feelings.
