Each team or group it does have a particular goal, so being a leader you need to have original plan that will help commit the goal of each individual. If the original plan does not work, make sure you have a contingency plan or second plan.

Motivate your people to do their work even faster. Instead of scolding them, try to invest time explaining what is right. As a team leader long your patience before scolding a member, so they will not make any doing that are not necessary to do. Give useful things to them that would motivate and inspire them.
