They are in a dilemma of what to follow as their religious yardstick: is it their denominational doctrines which identify them from others or should they use the bible used by other denominations. Most churches make the mistake of going with their doctrines as they feel that they help in differentiating them from other groups. This brought a conflict in the congregation as other members felt like the Bible should always be the book to be used. The leadership on its own is very complicated hence not competent in undertaking their duties.
